Space limitations due to the adjacent railway cutting and stormwater detention tank dictated reduced footing width necessitating the use of rock anchors to overcome overturning.

Structural integrity of the parapet walls was achieved by enlarging the cavity, reinforcing with galvanised bars and grouting.

We recieved very few queries from the builder during construction.
