Curragah Coal North QLD

GW Engineers has undertaken the mechanical and structural designs of the new in-plant coal receival system.  This was a part of the development of a new coal lease 22 km from the existing coal processing plant.

This part of the installation comprised of a new 500t bin with 5 outlets, 3 new in-plant transfer conveyors, upgrade to the washery conveyors and upgrades to the ROM stockpile stacker and reclaim conveyors.

Construction was completed in 2006.
